What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom branding?
A: To ensure you get the absolute lowest factory-direct wholesale price, our standard production runs for custom branded mailers typically range from 10,000 to 50,000 pcs, depending on the specific size.

What if I need a smaller quantity for my growing brand?
A: We’ve got you covered! We offer a much lower MOQ for our premium plain stock mailers (no logo). You can still choose from our high-end colors like matte black, rose gold, or hot pink to test your market first.

How long is the turnaround time, and what are the shipping options for bulk orders?
A: For custom volume orders, the total turnaround time from order placement to shipment takes 25 to 30 days. 
- Primary Shipping: Our standard shipping method for mass production is Sea Freight (FCL/LCL Containers), which is the most cost-effective solution for large-volume packaging orders.

- Alternative Shipping: If you have an urgent deadline or prefer to use your own forwarder, we also fully support Air Freight or Express shipping configuration upon request.

Do you provide samples before I place a bulk order?
A: Yes! We provide free existing samples (stock plain mailers) for quality and material testing. You only need to cover the shipping cost. For custom printed samples with your own logo, please contact our team for a molding and setup quote.
